The Four Seasons Hotel at the Bosporus is offering an open buffet with tastes that are each one more delicious than the other in the Bosporus Ball Room that has an unequalled location on the shore of the Bosporus. The buffet will give guests many different dishes from grilled meats to traditional sweets such as baklava and sekerpare. Fasil music will be provided live by a five-person group.

At the Four Seasons Hotel Sultanahmet in the Seasons Restaurant that is found amid enchanting minarets, every week different tastes from our regional dishes will be offered along with the performance of live fasil music.
Along side sweet sherbets, while adding demirhindi and sour plum, dates in milk, fruit composts, cinammon peach, zencefilli apple, healthy drinks all will add a separate flavor to your meals.
The kitchen team at the Seasons Restaurant consists of uniquely talented chefs, who won the first prize in the Ottoman Palace Dishes Competition held in Amasya last month. Under Executive Chef Mehmet Gok, the team won the first place with their menu titled �A Modern Glance at the Ottoman Palace Cuisine.�
